针刺结合神经生长因子及尿激酶治疗糖尿病周围神经病变30例疗效观察

【摘要】 目的:现察针刺结合神经生长因子、尿激酶治疗糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)的疗效。方法:将60例DPN患者随机分为2组各30例。治疗组采用针刺结合神经生长因子、尿激醇治疗,对照组采用针刺治疗。比较2组临床疗效及神经传导速度的改善情况。结果:总有效率治疗组为90%,对照组为60%,2组比较,差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01);治疗组治疗后神经运动和感觉传导速度均明显加快,与治疗前比较,差异均有非常显著性意义(P<0.01);对照组治疗后神经运动和感觉传导速度也有所加快,正中神经运动和感觉传导速度治疗前后比较,差异均无显著性意义(P>0.05),腓浅神经运动和感觉传导速度治疗前后比较。差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05);治疗后神经运动和感觉传导速度2组比较,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:针刺结合神经生长因子及尿激酶治疗DPN有较好疗效。

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of acupuncture combined with nerve growth factor (NGF) and urokinase for diabetic peripheral neuropathies (DPN). Methods: Sixty DPN patients were equally randomized into two groups: the treatment group received acupuncture combined with NGF and urokinase, and the control group received acupuncture. After treatment, the therapeutic effect and improvement of nerve conduction velocity were compared in the two groups. Results: The total effective rate was 90. 0% in the treatment group, higher than 60. 0% in the control group ( P < 0. 01) . The nerve motor and sensations conduct velocity became faster in the two groups after treatment, the difference being significant in the treatment group (P<0. 01 as compared with that before treatment) and in the superficial peroneal nerve of the control group (P < 0. 05) but insignificant in the median nerve of the control group ( P > 0. 05). The difference of nerve motor and sensations conduct velocity was significant in the two groups after treatment ( P < 0.05). Conclu sion:Acupuncture combined vritfa NGF and urokinase exerts a better effect for DPN.
