【摘要】 目的探讨婴儿主动脉弓中断矫治术的麻醉处理。方法9例主动脉弓中断及合并畸形婴儿行矫治术,总结其围术期麻醉处理。全组患儿均在深低温停循环下进行,采用常规超滤及改良超滤。结果转流时间为(141±47)min,阻断主动脉时间为(74±25)min,深低温停循环时间(35±9)min,无麻醉并发症。结论适当的麻醉管理有助手术顺利进行,改善预后。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the anesthetic management of one-stage corrective surgery in infant with interrupted aortic arch. Methods Corrective surgery was performed in nine infant with interrupted aortic arch and other malformations under deep low temperature and circulation arrest after general anesthesia. And routine hyperfiltration or modified hyperfiltration was adopted before the end of cardiopulmonary bypass. Results Bypass time was(141±47) min, the aortic obstruction time was(74±25)min,and the circulation time was(35±9)min.None of them had complication after general anesthesia. Conclusion Proper anesthetic management will improve the prognosis of corrective surgery in infant with interrupted aortic arch.更多还原
