【摘要】 目的探讨肺结核合并糖尿病患者的临床特点及诊疗转归。方法针对2000年1月～2005年12月所收治的119例肺结核合并糖尿病患者进行回顾性分析。结果肺结核合并糖尿病患者的病变范围广泛,并发症多,痰菌阳性率高,复诊率高。结论肺结核合并糖尿病患者具有一定的临床特点,应积极控制血糖,早期抗痨治疗,预防并发症发生,改善其预后。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical features of pulmonary tuberculosis patients complicated with daibetes.Methods During January 2000 and December 2005 a total of 119 pulmonary tuberculosis patients complicated with diabetes were retrospectively analyzed.Results It showed that a lot of complications occurred to the patients,the sputum positive rate and recurrent rate were high.Conclusion The measures for treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis complicated with diabetes should be including conrolling the level of blood sugar,early treatment,preventing occurrence of complications and improving the results of prognosis.更多还原
