【摘要】 目的为了解海南省有毒野果毒性分布情况,制定预防和控制重大食物中毒事件发生的对策。方法采用查询资料、现场调查和专家鉴定的方法收集资料,鉴定有毒野果品种,建立危险度数学模型进行综合评价。结果按照《药典》毒性分级方法,海南省常见有毒野果有23.6%属于大毒野果,27.3%属于有毒野果,49.1%属于小毒野果。采用危险度数学模型综合评价,高度危险有毒野果占11.8%,中度危险有毒野果占9.2%,低度危险有毒野果占79.0%。结论采用危险度数学模型指标评价海南省常见有毒野果危险性更为合理。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the distribution of the poisonous wild fruits in Hainnan Province and make measures in preventing and controlling occurrence of serious food poisoning accidents.Methods The data concerning wild fruits in this province were analyzed through literature retrieval and field surveys and differentiated by experts.Results There the high,intermediate and low poisonous wild fruit in Hainan occupied about 23.6%,27.3% and 49.1%.There the high,intermediate and low risk wild fruit in Hainan occupied about 11.8%,9.2% and 79.0%.Conclusion Adopting the index of the risk mathematics model to assess the risk of common poisonous wild in Hainnan is more reasonable.更多还原
