【摘要】 目的观察西乐葆治疗膝骨关节炎的疗效及安全性。方法将120例膝骨关节炎患者随机分为两组:西乐葆治疗组(1次/d,每次200mg)和扶他林对照组(3次/d,每次50mg),治疗5周后评估疗效及安全性。结果西乐葆治疗膝骨关节炎的总体疗效为95.00%,扶他林组的总体疗效为90.00%,两组疗效差异无显著性(P>0.05)。西乐葆组发生不良反应共7例(11.67%),扶他林组发生不良反应共18例(30.00%),两组间的不良反应总发生率差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论西乐葆治疗膝骨关节炎安全有效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical effect of Celebrex on patients with Knee osteoarthritis. Methods There 120 Knee osteoarthritis cases were divided into two groups randomly. The patients in control group were used Diclofenac 50mg three times a day,and which continued for 5 weeks. The patients in treatment group were treated with Celebrex 200mg once a day. Results The effective rate in the treatment group was 95.00% and that in the control group was 90.00%,showing no significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). The quantity of adverse reaction occurred to patients in the treatment group was less than that of control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Celebrex is effective and safe in treatment of patients with knee osteoarthritis.更多还原
