【摘要】 目的探讨复方感冒冲剂体外对流感病毒(H3N2)的抑制作用,为临床合理用药提供科学依据。方法使用狗肾传代细胞(Madin-Darby canine kidney,MDCK)建立体外病毒感染模型。将病毒与药物通过三种不同给药方式,通过细胞病变法观察复方感冒冲剂对流感病毒的抑制及对被感染细胞的保护作用。结果复方感冒冲剂在感染病毒同时加药方式下对流感病毒(H3N2)感染的MDCK细胞有明显的保护作用;在先给药再感染病毒的方式下对MD-CK细胞的保护作用较弱;在先加病毒后加药的方式下,复方感冒冲剂对病毒感染的MDCK细胞无明显保护作用。结论复方感冒冲剂具有体外抗流感病毒作用,其药效发挥可能依赖机体的代谢并与给药方式有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the inhibitory effect of compound Ganmaochongji on influenza virus in vitro and provide reference for clinical application. Methods Influenza virus was cultured in Madin-Darby canine kidney (MDCK) and compound Ganmaochongji was added before, during and after infection. Results Compound Ganmaochongji showed significantly inhibitory effect on the infection of influenza virus (H3N2) in MDCK. While weak inhibitory effect of compound Ganmaochongji added before infection on influenza virus was observed in MDCK and no protective effect of compound Ganmaochongji used after infection on influenza virus was observed. Conclusion Compound Ganmaochongji possesses protective effect against influenza virus infection in vitro and the effect depends on the way of administration.更多还原
