【摘要】 目的探讨采用皮内注射丈夫淋巴细胞治疗原因不明性习惯性流产(UHA)的疗效情况。方法采用丈夫淋巴细胞皮内注射免疫治疗UHA患者,治疗组67例,对照组45例。结果67例接受淋巴细胞免疫治疗者中,仅注射1～2次就放弃了治疗的有8例。剩下的59例,妊娠成功的有45例,妊娠成功率为76.27%。对照组45例,妊娠成功的有11例,妊娠成功率为24.44%。两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.01)。对于接受治疗的患者血清进行了封闭抗体检测,治疗前均为阴性;免疫治疗后阳性37例,阳性率为62.71%(37/59);妊娠期阳性48例,阳性率为81.36%(48/59)。结论本法治疗UHA的疗效肯定,无不良副反应。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of intracutaneously injecting lymphocte from husband for treatment of unexplained habitual abortion(UHA). Methods The 122 cases were divided into treatment group(67 cases) and control group(45 cases) and lymphocyte from husband lymphocyte was used for treatment of UHA patients. Results There 8 cases in the treatment group quit the observaton and the 45 cases were pregnated(76.27%) amd 11 cases om control group were pregnated(24.44%),showing significant difference bwtween the two groups(P<0.01).The blocking antibody was also detected before and afte the obsrvation.The blocking antibody was not detected before the observation and 37 cases were positive for blocking antibody(62.71%) During the pregnancy,the positive is 48 cases and the positive rate is 81.36%(48/59). Conclusion The intracutaneously injection of lymphocyte from their husbands are effective for treatment of unexplained habitual abortion without side effect.更多还原
