海南岛橡胶炭疽菌基础生物学特性研究

【摘要】 对来源于海南省的11个橡胶炭疽菌株进行了生物学特性研究。结果表明:参试菌株之间菌落、分生孢子形态及大小总体变化幅度不大;测试菌株的最适生长温度为24~26℃,pH值为5.0~7.0,但是参试菌株间的生长速率差异较大,以RC169生长最慢;橡胶树幼苗活体叶片刺伤处理后的病情指数明显高于不刺伤处理,且菌株RC14的致病力比较弱,而RC29、RC30的致病力较强。

【Abstract】 The mycelial growth rates of 11 isolates of Colletotrichum gloeosporioides (Penzig) Penzig et Saccardo collected from Hainan Island and cultured on PDA were tested under different pH and temperatures. The results showed that the colony pattern and conidia morphology and size of the isolates did not change so much. The optimum temperature for mycelial growth was 24~26 ℃ ,and the optimum pH 5.0~7.0. However,the mycelial growth rates of the isolates varied considerably,with the isolate RC169 having the lowest growth rate. The leaf in vivo of the young rubber seedling inoculated with the isolates by pricking had evidently higher disease index than that without pricking. The isolate RC14 gave very low pathogenicity while RC29 and RC30 very high.
