晋江民营企业篮球竞赛投资行为与环境研究
A Research on Basketball Match Investment Behaviors and Their Pertaining Environments of Non-governmental Enterprises in Jinjiang
【摘要】 运用文献资料、访谈法及实地考察法,对2006年晋江民营企业投资组建的16支篮球队进行调研,分析了企业对篮球竞赛的投资行为,企业篮球竞赛的经济环境、市场环境和人力资源环境,并提出一些对策和建议,旨在为民营资本更好地投资企业篮球提供理论参考.
【Abstract】 By using measures of documentation,visiting,and field survey to study 16 basketball teams sponsored by non-governmental enterprises of Jinjiang in 2006,this thesis analyzes enterprise’s basketball match investment behaviors and their related environments in terms of economy,market,and manpower resources.Based on this,the thesis puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions with the aims of offering some theoretical references for non-governmental enterprises to better invest basketball teams.
