明朝民事诉讼变革初探——以唐宋“务限”为参照系
Civil Transformation of the Ming Dynasty——"theTreasury Limit"of the Tang and Song Dynasty as the Reference
【摘要】 本文指出明朝"务限"制和"放告日"是一次适应社会发展需要的诉讼制度改革,是中国古代"农本"社会转型期在法制方面的一大进步。
【Abstract】 This paper points out that the time of proceedings is a necessary reform of the litigation system suit-able for social development and also a major improvement in the legal system in the period of social transition in the agriculture-based ancient China.
