【摘要】 文章通过对中小企业融资困境的思考,结合当前产业集群对经济发展促进作用的广泛共识及成功实践,为中小企业提供集群式融资思路,并在对集群式融资优势进行理论分析前提下,结合典型集群经济发展中的成功融资实践,提出成本节约融资、关系借贷融资、风险共担融资3种具体可量化的集群式融资方式,便于衡量集群式融资优势对缩小中小企业融资“双缺口”所做出的贡献。更多还原

【Abstract】 confronting with the financing dificulties of Small and medium enterprises and encouraged by the perfect economic value of the industrial clusters, the paper presents enterprises-group financing to help the enterprises out of financing difficulties, and sets forth three methods-financing by cost-saving, financing by relations, financing by risks-sharing, which are based on the analysis of enterprises-group financing’ advantages and practical successes of enterprises group, to measure enterprises-group financing’ contribu-tions to narrow the two financing gaps.更多还原
