【摘要】 为了探讨肾恶性肿瘤的CT表现,对经手术病理确诊的32例肾恶性肿瘤的CT图像进行回顾分析,观察统计病变的部位及其CT征象,发现有诊断价值的征象。结果:肾恶性肿瘤主要表现为肾区大小不等的软组织肿块、肾变形、肾盂肾盏移位变形以及肾门结构推移等。肿块密度比较均匀,亦可见瘤内坏死、囊变和钙化。增强扫描表现为不均匀强化或均匀强化,也可无明显强化。初步研究结果提示,肾恶性肿瘤的CT表现特征有利于其CT诊断。更多还原

【Abstract】 The objective of this study was to study the value of CT image characteristics in the diagnosis of malignant kidney tumor. CT images of pathologically proved malignant kidney tumors in 32 cases were retrospectively analysed to observe and sum up the distribution of tumors and the appearance of the CT signes, in order to find the signes with diagnostic values. Results: Malignant kidney tumors were mainly shown as kidney region mass, and shown as kidney deformation, freplacement of renal calices, renal pelvis and also shown as necrosis, cystic lesion and calcification. Contrast-enhancement CT scanning showed the tumor was enhanced apparently or was not enhanced. Conclusion: CT imaging characteristics are valuable to diagnose malignant kidney tumor.更多还原
