【摘要】 目的探讨IgA肾病患者扁桃体摘除术前后T细胞亚群、IL-6的应用价值。方法伴有扁桃体炎IgAN患者60例,60例健康志愿者作为对照组。流式细胞术检测受试者血液中的T细胞亚群含量,ELISA方法检测受试者尿IL-6水平。结果IgAN患者组扁桃体摘除前尿IL-6水平明显高于健康对照组(p<0.01)。CD4/CD8比值明显低于健康对照组(p<0.01),扁桃体摘除术后IgAN患者尿IL-6水平明显降低,CD4/CD8比值升高,与术前相比有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论扁桃体摘除术能够明显降低其对IgAN患者的免疫刺激,有助于IgAN患者的恢复。尿IL-6和血液中CD4/CD8比值可以作为观察IgAN扁桃体摘除术疗效的指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the significance of T lymphocyte subsets and urine Interleukin-6(uIL-6) in patients of IgA nephropathy after tonsillectomy.Methods 60 normal controls and 60 patients with IgA nephropathy were recruited.Levels of T lymphocyte subsets were determined by flow cytometry. uIL-6 was detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Results Compared with normal control group:The level of uIL-6 was significantly higher(P<0.01) and the quantities of CD4/CD8 were lower(P<0.01) before tonsillectomy.Comparing the patients before tonsillectomy with After tonsillectomy,The level of uIL-6 was gradually decrease in three month,At the same time,the quantities of CD4/CD8 were increase(P<0.01).Conclusion It suggested that tonsillectomy could reduce the immune stimulability obviously and help to resume for patients.Detecting the changes of T lymphocyte subsets and uIL-6 could be see as the markers for prognosis of the patients with IgA nephropathy after tonsillectomy.更多还原
