【摘要】 目的探讨糖尿病自身抗体阳性患者其自身抗体治疗后随时间的变化。方法采用ELISA方法分别检测87例治疗前(第一次)和治疗半年后至一年内(第二次)及其中23例治疗一年后至两年内(第三次)糖尿病患者GADI、CAI、AA抗体。结果受检患者中,第一次和第二次、第三次GAD阳性率分别为69.0%、52.9%、47.8%,三次GAD阳性率卡方检验(P<0.05)有统计学意义;ICA阳性率分别为63.2%、47.1%、39.1%,三次ICA阳性率卡方检验(P<0.05)有统计学意义;IAA阳性率分别为24.1%、11.5%、8.7%,三次IAA阳性率卡方检验(P<0.05)有统计学意义。结论糖尿病患者GADI、CAI、AA阳性率在治疗后随时间逐渐降低。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the changes in diabetic patients whose autoantibody are positive after cure.Methods GAD、ICA and IAA antibody are detected in three groups by using ELISA method.That is,87cases before and after therapy(half to a year) and 23 cases(one to two years).Results The positive rate of GAD antibody are 69.0%、52.9%、47.8% in sequence,(p<0.05).while 63.2%、47.1%、39.1% in ICA,(p<0.05),24.1%、11.5%、8.7% in IAA,(p<0.05).Conclusions The positive rate of GAD、ICA and IAA antibody in Diabetes decrease after cure as time goes by.更多还原
