【摘要】 目的探讨不同剂量氯氮平治疗对精神分裂症患者心肌的毒性损害。方法90例精神分裂症住院病人,分三组每组30例。低剂量组<200mg/d、中剂量组200-425mg/d和高剂量〉425mg/d。分别在治疗前、后检测心肌酶,同时检查心电图。结果中剂量组和高剂量组两组治疗前、后比较CK-MB浓度分别是(8.16±4.59、22,03±13.06)和(8.03±4.39、27.26±23.29)经T检验分别是t=5.56和t=6.76(P<0.01),差异有非常显著性。CK浓度分别是(98.14±49.64、208.35±139.82)和(96.85±50.65、289.61±204.66)经T检验分别是t=4.24和t=4.94,(P<0.01),差异有非常显著性。LDH浓度分别是(163.59±66.29、246.94±98.76)和(163.74±61.08、368.00±199.01)经T检验分别是t=4.02和t=5.33(p<0.01)差异有非常显著性。结论氯氮平治疗时心肌酶升高与剂量关系密切,剂量越大,升高越明显,心肌受损程度越严重。更多还原
