基于KBE叶片快速设计方法的研究与实现
Research and Realization on KBE-Based Quick Design Method of the Blade
【摘要】 复杂产品设计过程是不断迭代反复的过程。为解决汽轮机叶片设计效率低,从汽轮机叶片结构及设计过程出发,定义叶片设计过程向导;提供自动处理叶片型线方法,实现叶身的快速设计;根据叶片结构特点,采用特征设计技术,快速定义叶根、拉筋、围带;基于动静叶片依赖关系,实现动静叶片之间、叶身、叶根、中间体之间的相关性设计;按照叶片设计中气动、强度要求,实现叶片设计与分析的自动优化。以汽轮机某型号叶片为例,在自行开发的叶片快速设计系统上验证本文提出的方法,结果表明,叶片设计效率得到很大的提高,提出的叶片快速设计方法有效可行。
【Abstract】 The design process of the complex product is a iterative process.For solving the problem of low efficiency of the design for steam turbine blade,based on the steam turbine blade conformation and the design process,this paper defined the blade design process guide,provided tie method to deal with the blade section curve automatically to implement the fast design for the blade body.Considering the blade structure specialty,this paper also presented the method to fast design the blade root,blade connector and the blade top by using the feature design technique,and to implement the pertinent design between the dynamic and static blade and among the blade body,blade root and the middle part of the blade based on the dependent relationship.This method can automatically optimize the design and analysis of the blade.In the end of this paper,author used some type of blade as a example to validate the method which this paper presented on the blade fast design system developed by author.The result indicated that the efficiency of blade design is improved greatly,and the blade fast design method presented by this paper is effective and doable.
