基于多模型估计的转子裂纹故障诊断方法
Multiple Model Adaptive Estimation Based Diagnosis Method for Rotor Crack
【摘要】 转子裂纹故障的早期诊断与预示是当前转子动力学领域的一个难点。针对这个问题,提出了基于多模型估计(MMAE)的转子裂纹故障诊断方法。针对Jeffcott转子建立了正常、裂纹转子模型和基于卡尔曼滤波器的多模型自适应估计器,通过裂纹故障的仿真分析和故障多模型估计表明,该方法对早期诊断和预示转子裂纹故障有良好的效果。
【Abstract】 The diagnosis and prediction of rotor crack is a key problem of rotordynamics.For this problem,a Multiple Model Adaptive Estimator(MMAE) based method for rotor crack diagnosis is proposed.For a Jeffcott rotor,a normal rotor and a crack rotor model are built.Based the two rotor models,a MMAE with Kalman filters is set up.Via the simulation analysis and the estimation of the crack rotor,it is proved that this proposed method is effective in the early diagnosis and prediction of crack rotor.
