【摘要】 目的:探讨3种尿管拔除时机对腰椎间盘突出症术后留置尿管患者拔除尿管后排尿的影响。方法:把150例行腰椎间盘突出症术后需留置尿管的患者,按拔除尿管时机分为甲、乙、丙组。甲组为膀胱充盈、有强烈尿意时拔除尿管;乙组为膀胱充盈时拔除尿管;丙组为排空膀胱后拔除尿管,观察拔除尿管后患者排尿情况。结果:拔除尿管后首次排尿量3组比较均无显著性差异(P>0.05),甲组患者自行排尿成功率最高占96%,乙组患者次之占80%,丙组患者最低占60%,甲组与乙组或丙组比较有极显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:膀胱充盈同时有强烈尿意时拔除留置尿管,患者自行排尿成功率高,为留置尿管拔除的最佳时机。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the effect of removing indwelling catheter in three different points of time on urination of patient operated on protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc.Methods: One hundred patients were randomly divided into 3 groups according to the different points of time of removing indwelling catheter.In group A,the catheter was removed when bladder was filled and patient had strong emiction sense;in group B,the catheter was removed when bladder was filled only;in group C,the catheter was removed when bladder was evacuated.The urination was observed after the catheter was removed.Results: There was no significant difference in the comparison of the amount of urine of the first urination among the three groups(P>0.05).The rate of success of voluntary urination was 96% in group A,80% in group B and 60% in group C.More significant difference was found in the comparison of the rate of success of voluntary urination between group A and group B or between group A and group C(P<0.01).Conclusion: The rate of success of voluntary urination is markedly higher when the catheter is removed from the patients who have filling bladder and strong emiction sense.更多还原
