【摘要】 目的:探讨改良钻孔引流手术治疗慢性硬膜下血肿围手术期护理方法。方法:经对52例患者的术前、术中、术后精心护理加强支持治疗和并发症对症处理。结果:52例患者全部治愈,术后并发症少,其中1例不同部位脑出血经保守治疗痊愈;8例不同程度颅内积气、积液经引流管回抽后自然吸收痊愈。结论:术前正确评估,术后正确护理措施是预防术后并发症的发生、提高生存率及生存质量的关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore methods in perioperative nursing care in the treatment of chronic subdural hematoma by improved trepanation and drainage.Methods:Fifty two patients were given careful nursing care combined with supportive therapy and appropriate treatment for complications before operation, in operation and after operation.Results:All the patients were cured with less postoperative complication.One of the patients suffering from cerebral hemorrhage were also cured by conservative treatment and 8 patients with different intrancranial pneumatosis and effusion restored through drainage.Conclusion:It is very important to make a correct evaluation before operation and take correct nursing measure after operation,which can effectively prevent from postoperative complication and increase rate of survival and quality of life.更多还原
