【摘要】 目的:探讨中青年脑出血患者家属抑郁、焦虑的发生情况及影响因素。方法:采用Zung抑郁状态问卷、Zung焦虑自评量表对200例确认并了解病情的患者家属及180例健康人群进行调查。结果:患者家属(受试组)有明显抑郁倾向,并有焦虑,其发生率明显高于健康人群(对照组)(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论:中青年脑出血患者家属较健康人有明显的抑郁、焦虑等心理健康问题,在对患者治疗的同时不应忽视家属的心理指导和治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the influencing factors concerning incidence of anxiety and depression of family members of young and middle-aged patients with cerebral hemorrhage.Methods: Questionnaire of Zung depression and self-rating anxiety scale were used to make a survey on the family members who were confirmed to learn the conditions of the patients and suffered from anxiety and depression and on 180 healthy people at the same time. Results: Family members of the patients(experiment group) had a tendency towards depression evidently,associated with anxiety.The incidence of depression and anxiety was obviously higher than that in healthy people(control group)(P<0.01,P<0.05).Conclusion: The family members of young and middle-aged patients with cerebral hemorrhage have much depression,anxiety and other mental problems than healthy people do.In the treatment of the patients,psychological instruction and therapy should not be ignored to give their family members.更多还原
