GM-1配合综合康复干预对新生儿重度HIE预后影响

【摘要】 目的:探讨GM-1配合综合康复干预对新生儿重度缺氧缺血性脑病(H IE)预后的影响。方法:将150例重度H IE患儿随机分为两组,观察组78例,实施GM-1配合综合康复干预;对照组72例,均在常规治疗、环境干预、高压氧、早期教育等基础上进行对照观察。结果:两组患儿治疗前后NBNA评分比较,差异有显著性(P<0.05,P<0.01);两组患儿治疗后4周NBNA各项评分比较,差异有显著性(P<0.01,P<0.05)。从3、6、12、18、24个月智能发育商比较,观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.01);神经系统后遗症发病率比较,观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:GM-1配合综合康复干预对重度HIE患儿有协同作用,能减轻脑灌注损伤,提高H IE的治愈率,减少后遗症,值得临床推广。

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the effect of comprehensive rehabilitation intervention combined with GM-1 on prognosis of severe newborn HIE.Methods: One hundred and fifty newborn with severe HIE were divide into observation group(n=78) and control group(n=72) at random,comprehensive rehabilitation intervention combined with GM-1 was conducted in the observation group and routine therapy was given on the environmental intervention and education in the early stage in the control group.Results: There were significant differences in the comparison of NBNA before and after treatment(P<0.05,P<0.01),and marked differences were also found in the comparison of NBNA after four-week treatment(P<0.01,P<0.05).The development of intelligence quotient was faster in the observation group than that in the control group according to the comparison of IQ respectively in 3,6,12,18 and 24 months(P<0.01).The complication of nervous system was less in the observation group than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: Comprehensive rehabilitation intervention combined with GM-1 has synergetic effects in the treatment of newborn HIE and can decrease the injury result from brain perfusion,and the curative rate can be increased.
