【摘要】 目的分析上海某区2005年和2006年医疗机构医疗纠纷受理资料,探讨区县卫生行政部门医疗纠纷处理的新方法。方法收集上海某区卫生行政部门及其区域内各综合性医院2005年和2006年来信来访量、区医学会医疗事故鉴定数和区法院受理的医疗诉讼案件,数据输入Excel建立数据库,应用SPSS11.0/PC统计软件进行分析。结果医疗纠纷的发生数有所上升,处理赔偿金额在增加,通过司法途径解决的案件在增多。结论进一步完善与健全法律体系、调解体系和赔偿体系是增强区县卫生行政部门医疗纠纷处理能力的关键和根本。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To search for the new method of medical disputes resolution by administration of sanitation at the level of district and county through analyzing the materials relating to the medical disputes which were disposed by the medical organization of a certain district of Shanghai in 2005 and 2006.Methods To establish an Excel database and undertake analysis with PSS 11.0/PC statistics software.Results The rate of occurrence of medical disputes is increasing;the amount of compensation is increasing and more and more disputes are settled trough legal procedures.Conclusion Further improvement of the system of legislation,conciliation and compensation is the key point and basis for the improvement of the ability of the administration of sanitation at the level of district and county to deal with medical disputes.更多还原
