【摘要】 目的建立浙江省全科医师规范化培训社区实践基地评估指标体系。方法构建评估指标体系,评估温州地区申报的全科医师社区实践培训基地。结果分三类:一类基地评分在850分及以上,基本符合标准,共有8个单位;二类基地评分在700～849分,经努力和改善条件可以达到标准,共有5个单位;三类基地评分在700分以下,暂不符合标准,共有2个单位。结论初步建立了浙江省全科医师规范化培训社区实践基地评估指标体系。《评估指标体系》分三级,一级指标为管理与组织机构、基地建设与服务半径、科室设备、专业人员配备、教学与健康教育、规章制度、社区工作情况,二级指标24项、三级指标80项。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To establish the assessment indicator system of the practicing base for the general practitioners’ standardized training community of Zhejiang Province.Methods We built assessment indicator system and assessed the general practitioners’ community practicing training base declared by Wenzhou region.Results Falling into three groups:the 8 bases of first class were graded 850 and above marks,meeting the standards comparatively well;the 5 bases of second class were graded between 700 and 849 marks,meeting the standards with efforts and improvement;the 2 bases of third class were graded below 700 marks,contemporarily not conforming to the standards.Conclusion Establishing at a preliminary level the assessment indicator system of the practicing base for the general practitioners’ standardized training community of Zhejiang Province.The Assessment Indicator System is classified into three degrees:the first degree indicator includes management and organization institutions,base construction and service radius,department equipment,professionals staffing,instruction and health education,rules and regulations,and community working status,the second degree has 24 indicators,and the third degree 80 items.更多还原
