【摘要】 目的观察输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石治疗孤立肾并输尿管结石致肾后性肾衰竭(肾衰)的疗效。方法采用经输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石治疗34例孤立肾并输尿管结石致肾后性肾衰患者,观察其并发症和效果。结果32例碎石成功,2例结石推入肾盂;33例肾功能恢复;1例出院时仍有氮质血症,但较治疗前已明显改善;1例出现血尿,3d后消失。所有患者未出现输尿管穿孔等并发症。结论气压弹道碎石治疗孤立肾并输尿管结石致肾后性肾衰,创伤小,安全,效果较好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of pneumatic lithotripsy through rigid ureteroscope in the treatment of posterior renal failure(PRF) of solitary kidney combined with ureteral calculi.Methods 34 cases with PRF of solitary kidney combined with ureteral calculi were treated with pneumatic lithotripsy through rigid ureteroscope,the effects and complication were observed.Results 32 cases were successful.The calculi were pushed into renal pelvis in 2 cases.Renal function resumed well in 33 cases.Azotemia was found in one case,but improved apparently.Hematuria was found in one case,and disappeared 3 days later.Without complications such as ureter perforation occurred.Conclusion Pneumatic lithotripsy treating the posterior renal failure of solitary kidney combined with ureteral calculi is less invasive,safe and relatively effective.更多还原
