【摘要】 目的了解大兴区农村居民社区卫生服务的需求及利用情况。方法采用整群抽样法抽取大兴区黄村镇和瀛海镇的两个农村社区卫生服务站所辖的四个自然村中≥18周岁居民2047人进行入户调查。结果农村居民的2周患病率为13.1%,慢病患病率为14.9%,其中60岁以上老年人的患病率为38.1%;被调查居民的2周就诊率为7.1%,2周患病未就诊率为46.1%,对社区卫生服务站的利用率为36.4%,对社区卫生服务总的满意度为90.9%。农村居民2周患病率的影响因素为:慢病患病情况、性别和收入;影响农村居民利用社区卫生服务站的因素为:性别、慢病患病情况及距离社区卫生服务站的远近。结论大兴区需不断完善农村社区卫生服务的相关政策,满足农村居民的卫生服务需求,提高社区卫生服务的利用率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the dwellers’ demands and utilizations of community health service(CHS)in Daxing district.Methods By using cluster sampling method,2047 dwellers more that 18 years old were interviewed at their home with questionnaires.Results The prevalence rate within two weeks of the dwellers in rural areas of Daxing district was 13.1%,the prevalence rate of chronic non-infectious diseases was 14.9%;and among the dwellers over 60 years old was 38.1%.The visit rate within two weeks of the investigated dwellers was 7.1%,the non-visit rate within two weeks was 46.1%.The rate of utilization of CHS station was 36.4%.The total satisfactory rate of the dwellers was 90.9%.The factors influencing the demand of the dwellers were chronic non-infectious diseases,sex and income.The factors influencing the utilization of CHS were sex,chronic non-infectious diseases and the distance from the CHS station to the home.Conclusion Policies of CHS ought to be improved continually in order to satisfy the dwellers’ demands and enhance the utilization of CHS in Daxing district.更多还原
