【摘要】 目的探讨先天性心脏病心脏直视术后迟发性心包填塞(LCT)的诊断与治疗体会。方法回顾性分析2002年3月～2005年11月我科收治的32例LCT患者的临床资料,其中男13例,女19例,均由超声心动图确诊;26例经皮心包穿刺置管引流治疗,6例行剑突下心包开窗引流。结果引流15～30min后患者心脏压塞症状改善。结论行超声心动图检查可早期确诊LCT,并可指导下一步治疗;经皮心包穿刺置管引流或剑突下心包开窗引流治疗可快速解除LCT患者的压塞症状,明显改善心功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the diagnosis and treatment experiences of late cardiac tampnade after open heart surgery in children with congenital heart disease.Methods 32 children with congential heart disease occuring late cardiac tamponade after open heart surgery were treated from Mar.2002 to Nov.2005 in our hospital,13 cases of which were male and 19 cases were female.The diagnosis was confirmed in all patients by echocardiography.Subxiphoid surgical pericardiectomy was performed in 6 cases and pericardiocentesis was performed in 26 cases.Results Symptoms of cardiac tamponade were relieved after subxiphoid surgical pericardiectomy or pericardiocentesis for 15 minutes to 30 minutes.Conclusion Echcardiography remains the fastest and most accurate way in diagnosing the cardiac tamponade.It can also guide the primary treatment of cardiac tamponade.The symptoms of cardiac tamponade will relieve and cardiac function will improve immediately after the pericardiocentesis or subxiphoid surgical pericardiectomy.更多还原
