【摘要】 目的了解居家痴呆患者照料者的健康状况,为干预照料者的健康状况提供依据。方法采用问卷及访谈相结合的方法。选择自评健康问卷、Zarit照料者负担问卷、流调用抑郁量表调查分析居家痴呆患者照料者的健康状况。结果居家痴呆患者照料者的自评健康状况较差,“不太好”~“非常不好”的比例占67.5%;照料者主观感受的负担较重;照料者的抑郁症状高于常模(P<0.05),有抑郁症状者占32.5%。结论痴呆患者照料者的健康状况较差,社会在关注痴呆患者的同时,也要关注痴呆患者的照料者。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the health status of caregivers for dementia patients living in the community so as to provide evidence for the future intervention.Methods Using Self-Rated Health Questionnaire,Zarit Burden Inventory,and Center for Epidemiological Survey Depression Scale to investigate the health status of caregivers for dementia patients living in the community.Results Self-rated health of caregivers for dementia patients living in the community was poor;with 67.5% of them being in "not good" or "very poor" health.They perceived severe subjective burdens;and there are 32.5% caregivers with the symptoms of depression,their incidence of depression was higher than that of normal people (P<0.05).Conclusion Health status of caregivers for dementia patients living in the community is poor.At the same time to pay close attention to the dementia patients,we should pay more attention to the caregivers.更多还原
