【Abstract】 The circulation economy is a newly economic development pattern which is suitable to sustainable development.The implementation of circulation economic idea is the intrinsic request of advancing new industrialization.The Pearl River upstream where,in the advancement of new industrialization,we implement the circulation economical idea faces such barriers as idea,system,technology and others.Therefore,we must take the circulation economical idea as the instruction,speed up formulating of the laws and regulations,system and the policy of this local new industrialization development,enhance the independent innovation ability and level,improve and perfect region ecotype new industrialization pattern,Perfect and perfect region ecotype new industrialization pattern,carry out positively the enterprise green cultural reconstruction and enhance economical cooperation with the middle and lower area of Pearl River on the circulation economic domain.更多还原
