Mg-Al合金中Al含量对Mg-Al合金燃点影响的实验研究
The relation between the content of Al in Mg-Al alloy and the burning point of Mg-Al alloy
【摘要】 研究了Mg-Al合金中Al含量对Mg-Al合金燃点的影响,实验证明了保护熔剂能够有效的防止Mg-Al合金在熔炼中Mg和Al的氧化与燃烧,且在Al含量在10%~90%的Mg-Al合金中,Al含量40%的燃点最高,而在Al含量超过80%以后Mg-Al合金不发生燃烧现象。
【Abstract】 We investigate the relation between the content of Alin Mg-Al alloy and the burning point of Mg-Al alloy. We have proved that the flux could prevent the Mg and the Al from be oxidating and burning in melting process, and between the alloy which the Al content from 10% to 90%,the Mg40%Al has the best burning point, and if the content of Al in alloy exceed from 80%,the alloy could not burn any more.
