粉末冶金法制备铝合金块体材料的研究
Preparation of aluminum alloy block materials by powder metallurgy
【摘要】 用粉末冶金法制备了Al-Si合金块体材料,研究了粉坯压制力、烧结过程及冷锻工艺对块体材料相对密度的影响规律。研究表明:压制力的提高引起粉坯密度的提高,烧结过程难以使烧结坯致密化,而冷锻能够大幅度提高块体材料的密度,其相对密度达到97.5%。
【Abstract】 Using powder-metallurgy method,the block Al-Si alloy has been prepared.The influences of green billet forming pressure,sintering process and cold forging on the density of block materials are investigated.The density of green billets increases with the forging press.Sintering can’ t lead to block materials densified,but cold forging can greatly enhance their density.The maximum relativity density reaches to 97.5%.
