HPGeγ谱仪探测效率与符合相加修正因子Monte Carlo计算
Monte Carlo simulations of HPGe detector efficiencies and coincidence-summing corrections
【摘要】 提出一种适合于清华大学低本底γ能谱分析实验室实际情况的符合修正因子计算方法,利用Monte Carlo方法模拟计算得到的数据,与实验测量得到的数据相结合,求出探测效率和推导出了符合修正因子。采用本方法对该实验室HPGe谱仪的探测效率和符合相加修正因子进行了模拟计算,并且与实验测量数据进行了比较。结果显示,该方法与实验计算结果基本吻合,表明该方法是可行的,可为开展其他几何条件和不同基质、特征能量标准源的研究提供参考。
【Abstract】 To calculate the HPGe detection efficiency and coincidence-summing correction factor,a method based on Monte Carlo program and experimental data is developed in Tsinghua University.This method combines Monte Carlo simulations and experiments to develop a correction for the simulation results to more accurately predict detection efficiencies.The detection efficiency and coincidence-summing correction are also calculated.The results agree well with experimental data,which suggests that the method is feasible and can be referred by studies with other geometric conditions or different bases and feature energy standard sources.
