【Abstract】 With the openning of Qinghai-Tibet railway,it brings a historical opportunity for the economical development for both regions.Therefore,it′s very time for these two regions to grasp the opportunity to quicken the adjustement of industrial structure centered on the local people′s enlargement of income and the construction of the new agriculture and pasture.So it means that Qinghai province and Tibet are going to enforce the primary industry,restrain the seondary one,try one′s efforts to develop tertiary industry greatly focused on tourism to realize the sustained development of the economical society.更多还原
