基于神经网络的模糊温度控制系统
Fuzzy Temperature Control System Based on Neural Network
【摘要】 针对反应槽容量大,滞后量大、变化因素多及温度控制要求比较高的特点,结合模糊控制和神经网络的优点,把模糊控制的控制规则转化为神经网络的一组输入、输出样本,这样,把这些规则隐含分布在整个网络之中。在控制应用时,不必进行复杂的规则搜索和推理,只需通过高速并行的分布计算就可产生输出结果。实际运行结果表明,该系统温度控制精度高,运行稳定,取得了令人满意的控制效果。
【Abstract】 Aiming at the feature of reactors,i.e.large volume huge lag time,multiple varying factors and high accuracy of temperature control,a neuro-fuzzy controller is presented.It can transform the rulers of fuzzy logic control to a pair of input-output samples of multilayer forward neural network.The knowledge is not expressed by a serial of rules but distributed into the whole network.In practice,complicate regular search and inferencing are unnecessary.The output is obtained only by highly parallel computation.The results prove that the system features high accuracy,stable and good control performance.
