【摘要】 目的观察α-干扰素联合益气养阴方治疗慢性乙型肝炎的效果。方法用α-干扰素联合益气养阴方40例与联合利血生、复方益肝灵30例对照。结果联合益气养阴方能明显减少因白细胞水平降低而停用干扰素的发生率、可提高HBeAg/抗HBe转换率(两组相比有显著性差异,P<0.05),可明显改善肝功能(两组相比有非常显著性差异,P<0.01)。结论α-干扰素联合益气养阴方治疗气阴两虚型慢性乙型肝炎可升高白细胞计数,提高HBeAg/抗HBe转换率,改善肝功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objecitve To observe the therapeutic effect of IFN-ɑ combined with Yiqiyangyinfang on chronic hepatitis B.Method Seventy patients were divided into two groups,40 of them were treated by IFN-α combined with Yiqiyangyinfang and the others were treated by IFN-α combined with Lixuesheng and Co-yiganling. Then the effects of them on chronic hepatitis B were observed.Results The combined method decreased rate of stopping using IFN-α due to the low level of white cells. And it improved seroconversion rate of HBeAg/Anti-HBeAg.There was obvious significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Meanwhile; it improved function of liver, there was obvious significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01).Conclusion The combined method for chronic hepatitis B can improve count of white cells and the negative rate, what’s more, it can improve the function of liver.更多还原
