【摘要】 目的回顾性分析Wegener肉芽肿肺部影像学征象,以提高诊断的准确性。方法回顾7例病理证实的肺Wegener肉芽肿的CT表现,总结其规律。结果6例表现为肺内多发性病灶,其中5例为结节性,1例为斑片状,余1例为肺孤立性灶。5例病灶内可见空洞,1例可见支气管狭窄导致肺不张,增强扫描多数呈边缘性强化。结论肺Wegener肉芽肿的CT扫描主要表现为多发的胸膜下结节、肿块及楔形实变,结节性内空洞或浸润性病变以及病变周边强化。CT对肺Wegener肉芽肿具有重要的诊断意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To review the CT radiography findings of pulmonary manifestation of Wegener’s granulomatosis retrospectivelly so as to improve the accuracy of the diagnosis.Methods The pulmonary manifestations of 7 patients with Wegener’s granulomatosis verified by pathology were analyzed.Results Multiple pulmonary lesions appeared in 6 cases,one case has single lesion.Among them,5 cases were nodules.Cavities could be seen in the nodules in 5 cases.One case manifested pulmonary atelectasis due to narrowing of bronchus.The most nodules showed perpheral enhancement.Conclusion The main CT manifestations of pulmonary Wegener’s granulomatosis are multiple subpleural nodules,mass or wedge-shaped consolidation,cavities in nodules as well as perpheral enhancement,many of which could be found; thus CT has an important role for diagnosing this disease.更多还原
