自适应改变的桩核冠三维有限元模型的建立

【摘要】 目的利用CAD/CAE软件建立具有自适应改变的桩核冠三维有限元模型。方法使用pro/E软件设定桩核的相关参数,分别建立不同桩核形态的桩核三维实体模型和饰瓷、金属基底、粘固剂、牙本质、牙胶尖、牙周膜、松质骨和皮质骨的实体模型,利用自适应功能生成装配体,导入AnsysWorkbench8.0CAE软件中,进行单元划分建立有限元模型,应力加载后进行模型准确性的检测。结果建立了具有自适应改变的桩核冠三维有限元模型,除桩核形态外,其它参数完全一致。结论应用Pro/E软件自适应功能建立包含不同桩核形态的下颌骨骨块的三维有限元模型,为桩核冠修复三维有限元分析提供了准确、灵活、快速的平台。

【Abstract】 Objective To construct 3D-models of different post crown for finite element analysis by self-adaptation function of CAD software. Method Three 3D-models of different post crown were constructed by pro/E software. And assemble post crown, cement, crown, dental root, gutta percha point, periodontal membrane, cancellous bone, and cortical bone, the assembled 3D-post crown complexes,which were imported to ansys workbench software, then the accuracy of the model was evaluated after stress was loaded.Result Three finite element models of different post crown complexes were rebuild except for the morphon of post crown, other parameters were all in accordance.Conclusion Self-adaptation function of CAD software could provide a more accurate, quicker, and more convenient method in post crown finite element analysis.
