【摘要】 目的探讨糖尿病(DM)病人的遵医行为,对其进行健康教育和行为干预。方法随机抽取门诊诊断为DM病人90例,分为2组,即护理干预组和对照组。对护理干预组病人及家属进行教育:控制饮食、运动治疗、合理用药、心理干预、自我监测、按时复诊。结果两组患者进行比较,护理干预组病人的血糖得到很好的控制,且无并发症发生(P<0.01)。结论社区护理干预能提高DM患者的生活质量和保健意识,是一种行之有效的重要措施,值得推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To probe into the diabetic patients’ action abide by doctors,and be done healthy education and action intervention.Methods 90 patients were divided into two groups:nursing intervention group and control group,patients in nursing intervention group and their relation have been educated: control food,action therapy,reasonable drug,mental intervention,self supervision,further consultation with a doctor on time.Results The blood sugar in nursing intervention group have been controlled,and no syndrome(P<0.01).Conclusion District nursing intervention can increase DM patients’ quality of life and health idea,is an effective and important measure,and be value to extent and use.更多还原
