【摘要】 目的探讨部分高眼压症患者所表现出的非病理性高眼压(OHT)是否与角膜中央厚度(CCT)有关。方法共收集15名OHT患者(29只眼)。用超声角膜测量仪测量中央角膜厚度。结果OHT患者CCT在588~625um之间,明显高于正常值(531±4um)。结论至少一部分OHT患者所表现的非病理性高眼压来源于增厚的角膜中央厚度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To determine whether ocular hypertension(OHT)is relation with central corneal thickness(CCT).Methods 15 patients with OHT.Central corneal thickness was determined with ultralsonic pachymetry.Results The CCT in OHT patients was 588～625um.This is significantly greater than normal result(531±4um).Conclusion Increased corneal thickness leads to artificially high estimation of IOP in OHT patients clinically.更多还原
