【Abstract】 After the rapid development for more than 20 years,China has entered a new stage of economic and social development.In this period,we are facing a lot of opportunities as well as severe resource constraints and environmental pressures.For sustainable development,we must find a new model of development,the new power and the path of development.We must change the mode of economic growth and walk along the way of independent innovation to realize the change from capital-driven to innovation-driven,from resources dependence to S&T support and from extensive expansion to connotation enhancement.Taking Qingdao as an example,the paper comprehensively analyzes the issues related to economic growth and structural development.It also systematically studies the innovative strategy and measures to promote the transformation of economic growth mode.更多还原
