【Abstract】 The carrying-out of the recycle economy in the regional development is significant.It is useful to optimization of industrial layout,reduction of the discharge of contamination and protection of environment,and also to acceleration of region sustainable development.This paper discusses the problems of how to analyze and assess recycle economy in the regional EIA in order to develop the assessment of rationality of plan and layout,industrial chain system,management organization and admittance examination system.The methods and content of assessment are analyzed based on the engineering cases.更多还原
