【Abstract】 Universitys ’behavioral culture construction is an indispensable component of the universitys ’culture construction.The university’s behavioral culture,formed in a university over a long period,is the sum total of cultural patterns exhibited by university’s personnel through their conducts.It has similarity with the culture in its being diachronic,but differs in function and exhibiting patterns with the other components of university culture.The university’s personnel are the subject of the construction of universitys ’behavioral culture,with the campus demeanor its essential expression.University’s excellent campus demeanor should be cultivated to enhance the construction of universitys ’behavioral culture.更多还原
