折叠翼机构展开动力学仿真及优化
Dynamic simulation and optimization design of deployment of folding-wing
【摘要】 运用ADAMS软件建立了折叠翼机构的展开动力学模型,分析了折叠翼展开过程的动力学性能,探讨了机构各参数对展开时间和冲击过载的影响。结构参数化后进行了设计研究,并以冲击过载最小为优化条件进行了结构的优化设计。最后,对折叠翼的二次减震进行了初步探讨。
【Abstract】 In this paper,an unfolding dynamic model of the folding-wing structure was established by ADAMS software and dynamic performance of the folding-wing unfolded process was analyzed.The parameter of structure effects on unfolding time and shock overload are discussed.The design research is done after the structure is transformed into parameters,and the structure optimization is developed under the condition of the smallest shock overload.In addition,the twice vibration isolation for the folding-wing is discussed primarily at the end of this paper.
