二水合氯化锌二甘氨酸的晶体结构

【摘要】 从水溶液中生长出了(NH2CH2COOH)2ZnCl2.2 H2O单晶。X-射线结构分析表明,该晶体属于单斜晶系,空间群C2/c,分子量Mr=322.44,晶胞参数a=1.444 9(2)nm,b=0.692 00(10)nm,c=1.297 0(2)nm,β=117.890(10)°,V=1.146 2(3)nm3,Z=4,Dc=1.869 g.cm-3,F(000)=656,μ=2.619 mm-1。ZnCl2(C2H5NO2)2基团通过N—H…O氢键连接,形成链状结构,链与链之间通过水分子内部的氢键连接构成了一个三维的空间网络结构。红外光谱与差示扫描量热分析进一步证明了实验结果。

【Abstract】 Single crystals of(NH2CH2COOH)2ZnCl2·2H2O were grown form aqueous solution.The results of X-ray single-crystal diffraction showed that the titled compound was crystallized in monoclinic system and C2/c space group with Mr=322.44,a=1.444 9(2) nm,b=0.692 00(10) nm,c=1.297 0(2) nm,β=117.890(10)°, V=1.146 2(3) nm3,Z=4,Dc=1.869 g·cm-3,F(000)=656,μ=2.619 mm-1.(NH2CH2—COOH)2ZnCl2 groups in the structure of the titled compound were interconnected via N—H…Ohydrogen bond to form one-dimensional chain.The chains were held together by water molecules though hydrogen bond resulting in a three-dimensional supramolecular network.The results of FTIR and DSC were in accordance with that from the X-ray single-crystal diffraction.
