【摘要】 基于实测后桥轴头的垂向力、纵向力和测向力信号,利用载荷分析软件,对某车型在典型地区道路和某试车场道路上实测得到的后桥载荷谱进行疲劳特性分析,得出了各类道路经雨流统计的载荷特性,进而将试车场各路段进行组合来等效模拟用户使用道路。对用户使用道路与模拟后的试车场组合路段进行了多轴载荷损伤比较分析,验证了两者间的等效关系。更多还原

【Abstract】 This analysis is based on signals of vertical,longitudinal and lateral forces and loading-analysis software.The fatigue characteristics of different loading spectrums of a certain car’s rear axle are collected and analyzed between loading spectrums in typical roads and spectrums in a certain proving ground,and get the rainflow loading characteristics of different roads.Then different roads of proving ground will be combined to simulate customer road.Multiaxial load damages are compared between customer roads and simulated combined roads in proving ground,and validate their equivalence relationship.更多还原
