【摘要】 应用LS-DYNA软件对某商用车整车进行了正面碰撞模拟仿真试验。结果表明,实车碰撞试验与模拟仿真的车辆变形趋势一致。在此基础上,提出了减小车身地板纵梁变形的有效措施,改进后可使纵向变形减小20%,为提高汽车碰撞安全性能提供了参考依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Applying LS-DYNA software to simulate front impact test of a commercial vehicle.The results show that the distortion trend of actual impact test and simulation is identical.Based on this,bring forward effective measures that can reduce the distortion of body floor,longitudinal distortion reduce 20 % after improvement,and supply the reference for improving vehicle impact safety performance.更多还原
