轿车顶盖多点成形时非连续性边界条件的处理
Treatment of Discontinuous Boundary Conditions During Multi-Point Forming of Car Roof
【摘要】 将多点成形技术应用在轿车顶盖成形过程中。基于虚功率增率型原理和经典的J2流动理论,建立了具有材料、几何与非连续性边界条件三重非线性空间曲壳的有限元模型,给出了多点成形时非连续动态接触边界条件的处理方法,采用ANSYS软件对所建模型进行轿车顶盖多点成形过程的模拟,并通过实验得到了验证。
【Abstract】 In this paper,multi-point forming technique is applied to the forming process of a car roof.Based on the incremental version of the principle of virtual power and the classical J2 flow theory,a finite element model of curved shells with triple nonlinearity in material,geometry and discontinuous boundary conditions is set up and a scheme for dealing with discontinuous dynamic contact boundary conditions is proposed.Base on the model and using ANSYS software,a simulation on the multi-point forming process of the car roof is conducted and verified by experiments.
