【Abstract】 This paper studies traffic assignment problem based on link flow. Then it points out that the optimal solution of the model is to satisfy the Wardrop principle. Adopted genetic algorithm, this paper gives a general idea and detail implementation process of the algorithm to solve this problem. The Numerical experiments show that the solution method in this paper is effective and efficient. It might be used to solve the traffic assignment problems in reality network.更多还原
