【Abstract】 After joining the WTO, China meets with anti-dumping claims repeatedly, and dumping is just a way of the unfair competition. After analysing the nature of dumping, this paper points out its reason,condition and our enterprises’ embarrassment that made by foreign anti-dumping repeatedly in recent years.
