论新农村公共服务设施的多中心供给模式

【摘要】 农村公共服务设施供给,既是建设社会主义新农村的重要物质条件,又是社会主义新农村建设的主要内容,它关系着建设社会主义新农村伟大战略的成败。然而,我国传统的农村公共服务设施单中心供给模式因资金缺乏,市场有效竞争不足,导致了广大农村地区公共服务设施供给的严重不足。为解决有效供给不足这一困境,必须改变过去由政府单一中心供给模式,转向政府、社会和企业共同承担的多中心供给模式。更多还原

【Abstract】 The supplying of the public service facilities in the countryside either is the important material condition of building socialistic harmonious society,or is the main content of it,it relates to the fatality of the great strategy of building socialistic new countryside.However,the monotonous center of our country’s traditional supplying mode in the countryside because of lacking finance and efficient competition in markets,resulted in the serious deficiency of it in the vast countryside.For resolving this predicament must change the previous supplying mode that the government monotonously being a center into the multi-supplying modes that the government、 society and enterprise mutually to undertake.更多还原
