【摘要】 目的:探讨抑郁亚综合征(SSD)患者的自主神经功能,以寻求此类患者临床诊断指标。方法:对33例SSD患者和31例健康者分别进行交感神经皮肤反应(SSR)测定,并将结果加以比较。结果:SSD患者SSR测定异常率为79％,SSR波潜伏期明显延长,波幅降低,与对照组相比差异有非常显著意义(P<0．01)。结论:SSR可判断SSD患者的自主神经功能情况,对其临床诊治有较高的价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the autonomic nerve function in patients with subsyndromal symptomatic depression (SSD), in order to find the diagnostic index with these patients . Methods: Sympathetic skin response(SSR) was tested for in 33 patients with SSD and 31 healthy people. The results were compared in the two groups. ResultS:The abnormality rate of SSR in patients with SSD was 79%; The latency of SSR was much longer and the amplitude of SSR in patients with SSD was lower than the control group; showing significant difference in the two groups(P<0. 01).
